Back in August 2008, I purchased a brand new i9 smartphone.
It seamed to offer all the features I needed. The most important being 2 sim capability.

The phone arrived in a few days and I began setting about reading the manual that came with the phone.
After only reading for a couple of minutes, it was obvious the manual was not going to be of any use, but never mind, I would learn as I went along.

Things were fine until a couple of days later, I noticed an icon appear at the top of the screen. What was it?

I looked again in the manual but no information was there about the icon that had appeared.
I then "Googled" for any information I could find about the icon. Nothing. This was mad.

In a moment of madness, I decided to create a forum as I could ne see any information or support for my brand new phone.
The i9Forum was born.

Now less than a year on, we have over 18,000 members, growing daily. We have hundreds of topics and thousands of posting.
I could never have believed that this would grow to the size it has yet know it is down to the members that makes this site the success it is today.
